Job Title – Rc Frame Site Manager
Location: Ballsbridge
Salary: 70k DOE.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an RC frame Site Manager with a main contractor.

Requirements:
- A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
- The ideal candidates will have 5-10 years + on the site.
- Experience four houses ( two old period house shells to be renovated/extended and a further two new houses with basements in Ballsbridge so a lot of piling and RC work initially) Essential.
- Will have strong communication and IT skills, and will be energetic and motivate
