Position: Mechanical Contracts Manager
Location: Dublin

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join one of our clients a Mechanical contractor for projects in Dublin and surrounding counties.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or trade qualified
- 5+ years of experience as a Project / Contracts Manager in the Mechanical sector
- Knowledge of Heating, Plumbing, Chilled Water, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Building Management Systems
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- A full driving license
- Must be in Ireland, eligible to work and able to start in the coming weeks
