Job Title – General Foreman
Location: Ballsbridge
Salary: 65 -70k DOE.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a General Foreman with a main contractor.

Requirements:
- A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
- The ideal candidates will have 5-10 years + on the site.
- Experience four houses ( two old period house shells to be renovated/extended and a further two new houses with basements will require a lot of piling and RC work initially).
- Must have full driving licence
- Will have strong communication and IT skills, and will be energetic and motivate
- Must be in Ireland, eligible to work and able to start in the coming weeks
