At BSS Building Staff Solutions we have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Estimator. Our client is a leading Mechanical contractor.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Mechanical Estimating role.
- Experience working on projects across a variety of industries such as Residential,
Commercial, and Pharma/Healthcare. - Strong attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness.
- Experience in reading plans.
- Ability to complete detailed take-offs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Full clean ROI/UK Driving Licence and access to vehicle.
- Right to work in UK/ROI
