Your responsibilities
As a qualified electrician your responsibilities will include:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components in accordance with local regulations.
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform maintenance work such as repairing electrical panels and replacing outdated systems.
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to accurately plan installations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and protocols on the job site.
- Conduct regular testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure the safety and efficiency of systems.
Requirements
- Must hold a recognized Electrical Certification (QQI Level 6, SOLAS Apprenticeship, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a qualified electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Up-to-date Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and Working at Heights certifications.
Salary
- Starting at €26.17 per hour
