Job Title: Mechanical Services Contracts Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: €70-€75k
An exciting new opportunity for a Mechanical Service Contracts Manager to work with our client, Ireland’s leading HVAC company.
The successful candidate will be technically astute with proven experience in delivering mechanical engineering installation projects circa €100k – €3M+ within commercial, retail and public sector buildings.

Requirements:
- Recognised industry qualifications desirable. An engineering / Installer background would be ideal.
- Proven track record in the HVAC / mechanical services industry.
- Must have sound knowledge of all mechanical systems.
- Able to communicate politely and professionally at all levels, internally and with customers.
- Comfortable working and managing a team yet equally as driven when working alone.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage workload.
- Receptive and adaptable to change.
- Full driving license.
