Job Title – Finishing Foreman
Location: Dalkey, Dublin
Salary: 60-70k
Hours: Full time
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Finishing Foreman to join a Large Contractor in Dalkey, Dublin.

Requirements:
- A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
- 10 Years of Construction Management Experience on site.
- Mixed Development 23 apartments with basement car park and 13 houses Proven track record essential.
- Fully updated with BCAR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead project teams.
