An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager role with our client based in the North West with an expanding pipeline of work. This new project is a Filling Station extension about to start with a number of other commercial and residential projects in the area.

Site Manager Specific Requirements:

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
• The ideal candidates will have 5-10 years + management on the site.
• Fully updated with BCAR.
• Will have strong communication and IT skills, and will be energetic and motivated.

Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Daily management, coordination, and monitoring of site labour.
• Assisting the project team in monitoring progress to ensure alignment with agreed program targets.
• Ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Guaranteeing compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Collaborating closely with the supply chain and any subcontractors to foster a positive working culture.
