Job Title – Site Administrator / Store Manager
Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are seeking applications for the position of Site Administrator / Store Manager in Cherrywood. Our client is Main Contractors with a long history of completing projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
- Responsible for Site administration various Excel, Word, and PowerPoint requirements, dockets management, ordering cleaning/stationary/PPE/signage supplies, manage daily diary, call off of waste skips
- Responsible for Plant and Material issue sign in sign out of tools, tracking hired and owns plant and equipment
What you need to have
- Proven track record in similar type roles essential
- Store management experience would be ideal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Individual must be independent, self-motivated, and flexible to handle multiple and changing priorities.
