Job Title – Site Administrator / Store Manager

Salary: 35-37k

Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are seeking applications for the position of Site Administrator / Store Manager in Cherrywood. Our client is Main Contractors with a long history of completing projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Site administration – various Excel, Word, and PowerPoint requirements, dockets management, ordering cleaning/stationary/PPE/signage supplies, manage daily diary, call off of waste skips
  • Responsible for Plant and Material issue – sign in sign out of tools, tracking hired and owns plant and equipment

What you need to have

  • Proven track record in similar type roles essential
  • Store management experience would be ideal
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
  • Individual must be independent, self-motivated, and flexible to handle multiple and changing priorities.
