Job Title – Site Administrator
Building Staff Solutions (BSS) are seeking applications for the position of Site Administrator in Dublin. Our client is Main Contractor with a long history of completing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Responsible for Site administration various Excel, Word, and PowerPoint requirements, dockets management, ordering cleaning/stationary/PPE/signage supplies, managing daily diary
What you need to have
- Proven track record in similar type role essential
- Expected read drawings, follow up on quotations, field calls, understanding of construction required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Individuals must be independent, self-motivated, and flexible to handle multiple and changing priorities.
