Role : Shuttering Carpenter

Location: Santry, County Dublin

BSS Building Staff Solutions are currently looking for fully- tooled Shuttering Carpenters in Santry, County Dublin for an upcoming project.

Responsibilities:

As a shuttering carpenter some of your responsibilities will include:

Construct and assemble formwork for beams, columns, slabs, and walls based on technical drawings and specifications.
Measure, cut, and shape wood or other materials to create formwork.
Install and align formwork to ensure accurate placement and support for concrete pours.
Ensure all formwork is properly reinforced and secured.
Inspect formwork for defects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Work in accordance with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and shape wood or other materials to create formwork.
Install and align formwork to ensure accurate placement and support for concrete pours.
Maintain and repair existing formwork as needed.
Ensure all formwork is properly reinforced and secured.
Collaborate with concrete workers and other construction professionals to ensure smooth workflow.
Inspect formwork for defects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Work in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
