BSS are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a Specialist Main Contractor working on a Phamaceutical Projects, South East area.
Our client requires a Project Manager to manage construction on Pharmaceutical manufacturing Plants in the Carlow/Waterford area.
You will need to have relevant experience in Construction of either Pharmaceutical or Data Centre Projects.
A minimum of 5 years management experience required.
A rewarding salary package in line with experience is available.

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our clients site construction team, they are an experienced Developer/Contractor working on a range of Residential Projects in Wicklow & the Greater Dublin area.
The role will be leading the Site team, working to budget and Project deadlines, liaising with clients and ensuring work completed to highest quality standards.
You would need to have at least 10 years experience in Construction in Ireland and at least 5 years experience managing Residential Projects.
The site in Wicklow is a 210 unit development , 4 separate developments in the same location – just commenced construction on site with 1st phase, 3 remaining phases commencing in the next couple of weeks consisting of:
Houses & Duplex build mix.
Creche & community centre is one separate phase.
Client expects to be on site for the next 2 years.

- Experience with MS Office 365 package, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Background in residential / commercial projects
