An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Project  Manager  to join an Established Residential Building Contractor in Drogheda,  Project starting on Apartment complex at the end of March, first phase running for next 16 months, future phases will last 3 – 4 years.

Our client requires a Project Manager to manage  construction on  Pharmaceutical manufacturing Plants in the Carlow/Waterford area.

Location: Wicklow
Salary €90,000+ DOE + package

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our clients site construction team, they are an experienced Developer/Contractor  working on a range of Residential Projects in Wicklow & the Greater Dublin area.

The role will be leading the Site team, working to budget and  Project deadlines, liaising with clients and ensuring work completed to highest quality standards. 

You would need to have at least 10 years experience in Construction in Ireland and at least 5 years experience managing Residential Projects.

The site in Wicklow is a 210 unit development , 4 separate developments in the same location – just commenced construction on site with 1^st phase, 3 remaining phases commencing in the next couple of weeks consisting of:

Houses & Duplex build mix.
Creche & community centre is one separate phase.

Client expects to be on site for the next 2 years.
