BSS are currently seeking an experienced  Construction Project Manager to work on behalf of our client, an established Main Contractor based in Galway to manage a Social Housing project in Roscrea.

Our client has a strong pipeline of work in the Tipperary, Shannon and Midlands area.

You need to have at least 10 years experience in Project & site Management and be from a Civil Engineering background, Project just starting.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of
quality. You will oversee a diverse range of projects, including renovations, fit-outs, and fire safety improvements (construction related), often in live environments such as occupied commercial buildings, residential complexes, and healthcare facilities.Expect to be managing 2/3 Projects per year value €2M – €10M

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Building Science or relevant 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Construction Project Management
• Familiarity with quality and H&S standards
• Category B driving license
• Experience in operating and managing constructions IT software
• Experience with MS Office 365 package, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
• Background in residential / commercial projects
