Opportunity has now arisen for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join an established Construction Consultancy & PQS Practice and represent their Client during construction phase of Data Centre Project in Dublin. This is a Site based role in Dublin with Hybrid working arrangements.

What you need to have
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent Negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in Contract Administration including managing payments, variations and final accounts
- Ability to monitor project costs and manage cash flow, ensuring projects are completed within budget
- Review and analyse project performance, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Experience Managing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and reporting
- Integrity & Client Confidentiality is essential
- Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, and commercial management
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
