Position: Mechanical Contracts Manager

Location: Dublin

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join one of Irelands leading Mechanical contractors. The majority of projects are large residential projects.

Requirements:

• Third level qualification in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or trade qualified
• Minimum 5+ years experience within M+E services and HVAC.
• Experience as a Mechanical Project or Contracts Manager in Ireland or the UK previously
• Proven track record of managing M&E projects
• Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines.
• Full Irish Driving Licence 
• Strong IT Skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
• Applicants must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland
• Must be currently in Ireland, eligible to work and able to take up a full-time position in the coming weeks

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or trade qualified
• 5+ years of experience as a Project / Contracts Manager in the Mechanical sector
• Knowledge of Heating, Plumbing, Chilled Water, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Building Management Systems
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
• A full driving license
• Must be in Ireland, eligible to work and able to start in the coming weeks
