Position: Contracts Manager (Mechanical)
Location: Dublin
Salary: €90K – €110K+ DOE
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join one of Irelands leading Mechanical contractors on a range of Residential & Commercial Projects.

Requirements:
- Third level qualification in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or trade qualified
- Minimum 10+ years experience within M+E services and HVAC.
- Experience as a Mechanical Project or Contracts Manager in Ireland or the UK previously
- Proven track record of managing M&E projects
- Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines.
- Full Irish Driving Licence
- Strong IT Skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Applicants must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland
- Must be currently in Ireland, eligible to work and able to take up a full-time position in the coming weeks
