Site Manager
Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
Our client is a major main contractor with an active pipeline of projects across Ireland. They operate with a collaborative approach on site, backing their teams with modern building technologies and clear operational support to deliver high-quality builds.
Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a Site Manager to oversee upcoming projects across Dublin.
Key Responsibilities

On-Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day management, coordination, and monitoring of direct site labor and specialist subcontractors.

Programme Monitoring: Partner with the project management team to track progress on the ground and ensure agreed milestones are achieved.

Quality Control: Ensure all structural and fit-out works are executed to the highest possible quality standards.

Health & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies across the site at all times.

Subcontractor Liaison: Build and maintain practical, positive working relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors on the ground.
Requirements
-
7+ years of proven experience operating in a Site Management capacity.

Direct, practical experience working for a Main Contractor.

Previous experience on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use development projects is highly beneficial.

A relevant construction-related Third-Level Qualification OR a strong trade background with an excellent, comprehensive knowledge of site trades.

Solid IT literacy with practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Excellent delegation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
