Job Title – Residential Site Manager/Foreman
Location: Carrickmines in Dublin
Salary: 60k-75k DOE
Hours: Full time
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a General Foreman/Site Manager to join a Large Contractor in Carrickmines in Dublin

Requirements:
- A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
- 10 Years of Construction Management Experience on site.
- Mixed development 30 Units Housing & Apartments Essential to have proven experience on similar type projects
- It is fully updated with BCAR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead project teams.
