Salary €60,000 – €80,000

Our client is a Specialist Clean room & Data Centre Contractor looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Job Description

You will need to have at least 5 years experience as a QS in Ireland and be proficient in: 

• Reviewing contracts
• Sub-contract administration with specialist sub-contracts
• Working with contract managers in the submission of monthly          payment claims
• Variations -ability to pick up and account for variations ensuring all documentation is in order to progress claims
• Interim and Final Account preperation 

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5 plus years proven experience with academic or professional qualifications
• Excellent communication, presentation and people management skills

You will need to have at least 5 years experience as a QS in Ireland and be proficient in: 

• Reviewing contracts

• Variations – A clear understanding of the contract and requirements in order to be able to clearly define variations

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience on groundworks & demolition projects in Ireland is desirable
