Job Title – x2 Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: 60k-75k DOE
Hours: Full time 5 days
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Mechanical Supervisor/Site Manager to join one of Irelands Leading Mechanical contractors in Dublin.

Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of plumbing techniques, materials, and equipment is essential
- Plumbing qualification held from a recognized body
- Full clean driving license
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role required
- The capacity to understand technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent practical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as you’ll be dealing with customers during
every single job. - A meticulous approach to work.
- Knowledge of industry safety and legal guidelines.
The Role:
- Supervision a team of Plumbers and General Operatives made up of direct employees and
subcontractors - Installation of heating systems and water supplies
- Installation of plant rooms, risers, renewable systems, and all other plumbing works.
- 1st fix and 2nd fix installation
- Testing and commissioning
- Overseeing the delivery of materials to the site
- Maintaining site files and paperwork for the project with the support of a Site Administrator
