Job Title – M&E Services Coordinator

Salary: € 75-85k
Hours: Full time
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Services Coordinator in Dublin to join our client a leading main contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality Tier 1 projects
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in M&E service coordination, with a focus on large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with suppliers, sub-contractors, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all mechanical and electrical service-related activities on our projects in Dublin
- Manage relationships with suppliers, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Oversee the installation of mechanical and electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry codes, standards, and regulations
- Monitor and manage the budget for mechanical and electrical services, and report any deviations to the relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments, such as construction and project management, to ensure the smooth running of projects
- Provide technical support to other members of the team, including engineers and technicians
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
