Job Title – Junior Project Engineer
Location:· Westmeath
Salary: €36 k
Hours: Full time
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Junior Project Engineer to join our client who leads in the designing of the perfect fire protection system manufacturing, installing and servicing industry
Responsibilities:
· Creating, adjusting and updating AutoCAD drawings
· Creating Hydraulic Calculations using industry-approved software
· Creating O&M Manuals
· Planning project programs/scheduling
· Preparing submittals
· Pricing supplier parts for quotations
· Liaise with customers on-site to arrange services and extra works
· Ordering of parts
Requirements
· Relevant third-level qualification (eg: Project Management, Engineering discipline) or equivalent experience as a Project engineer on Mechanical / Electrical projects
· 1-2 years post-qualification experience
· Enjoys working on his/her own initiative.
· Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D design software
· Fluent in English is a requirement for this role.
· Strong analytical and technical skills
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and represent the company
· Ability to work under pressure and to project deadlines, whilst maintaining adherence to process disciplines.
· Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
· Full Clean Driving License
· Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
