Job Title –Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Limerick
Location: Raheen, Limerick
Salary: €50K – €60K DOE
Hours: Full time 5 days
Opportunity has now arisen for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join an established Munster based Main Contractor with the following project starting in September:
- Storage & distribution warehouse in Raheen – approx.. 6000m2 (phase 1)
- Phase 2 approx. 7000m2 commencing in Sept. 2024 – a further 12 mths etc therefore min. 2 year employment
- Steel portal frame building, cladding and significant groundworks package
- Design and build
- Candidate will have support from a managing surveyor whom will call to site 1 a week
- Candidate will need to have the ability to work in an overall team and be central to project decision making
- 3rd level qualification
