Position: IT Project Coordinator
Location: Westmeath
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary:40-43k pa
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an IT Project Coordinator to join our client who leads in the designing of the perfect fire protection system manufacturing, installing and servicing industry.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with initiative.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure within a deadline-driven environment.
Attention to detail.
Must be in Ireland, eligible to work and available to start in the coming weeks.
Responsibilities
Working with the IT department manager, plan and schedule projects, setting targets and monitoring progress.
Monitor and action change requests as actioned by the department manager.
Plan change request actions in tandem with larger group projects for the development team.
Create reports monitoring project progress and forecasting project schedules.
Create and implement gantt charts, project management schedules and business improvement initiatives.
Supporting the IT & Innovations Manager with IT related administrative tasks i.e.: creating POs, receiving deliveries, maintaining stock control.
Implement the IT & Innovations Strategy in line with the Company Values, strategy & operational goals.
Deliver internal and external communications to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
Promote and maintain a positive HSEQ culture and safe work environment in conjunction with the company Health & Safety Statement.
Proactively engage in all quality initiatives while ensuring best practice standards are promoted and maintained.
Ensuring all written documentation is accurate, timely and legible, keeping all records up to date at all times.
