Job Title – Graduate Project Engineer

Hours: Full time
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Graduate Project Engineer to join our client who leads in the designing of the perfect fire protection system manufacturing, installing and servicing industry
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
• Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
• Enjoys working with AutoCAD and 3D design packages
Responsibilities
• Assist in creating, adjusting and updating ACAD drawings
• Assist in creating hydraulic calculations using industry-approved software
• Assist in creating O&M manuals
• Assist in planning project programs/scheduling
• Prepare submittals
• Price supplier parts for quotations
• Liaise with customers on-site to arrange services and extra works
• Order parts
• Assist in Managing and overseeing the installation of fire suppression systems on high-profile projects
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and represent the company
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate existing processes
• Complete day-to-day tasks with little supervision
• Work on his/her own initiative
