Job Title – General Foreman
Location: Louth
Salary: 60 -65k DOE.
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a General Foreman with a main contractor.

Requirements:
- A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
- The ideal candidates will have 5-10 years + on the site.
- Experience working on School Reconfiguration projects.

Managing subbies in the live school environment.
Capable of refurbing the area of the school for the sensorineural environment. - Must have a full driving licence
- Will have strong communication and IT skills, and will be energetic and motivate
- Must be in Ireland, eligible to work, and able to start in the coming weeks
