Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to

join our team and play a key role in the smooth operation of our office.

The successful candidate will oversee administrative functions, manage clients and

candidate interactions, and contribute to the overall success of our employment

agency.

Responsibilities:

Office Administration and accounts.

Efficiently manage day-to-day office staff and operations.

Operate and manage reception and phones.

Assist accounts staff with the collection of debts.

Client and Candidate Interaction:

Ensure prompt responses to inquiries from clients, on-site staff and

candidates.

Ensure scheduling of interviews, meetings, and appointments work

efficiently.

Facilitate clear communication between clients, candidates, and

internal teams.

Serve as a point of contact for clients, candidates and on-site staff

where needed.

Recruitment Support:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and

reviewing cvs.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure all the recruitment

functions are completed on time and to a high standard

Database Management:

Ensure that the database is kept up-to-date and accurate.

Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Work with Senior management

Work closely with Senior Management in managing staff and processes.

Prepare reports and updates for management as required.

Undertake ad hoc projects with senior management.

Qualifications and experience:

Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with the construction industry or employment agencies is a plus but

not a necessity.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with database management.
