Location: Kildare
Salary: €100K – €125K pa
Hours: Full time 5 days
An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a leading Developer/Contractor in Ireland working on blue chip Residential Projects. This is an excellent organisation to work with and provides good terms and conditions.
What you need to have:
- Advanced problem solving/decision making skills
- Third Level Degree in Construction (Civil Engineering Degree an advantage)
- Excellent communications skills and track record of successful Contracts & Project Management in Ireland > 10 years
- Experience on Residential Projects >€20M+
