Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient and organized operation of our chilled warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a similar environment, strong managerial skills, and the ability to lead and motivate warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and conduct staff inductions, training, and development programs.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols within the chilled warehouse.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily activities to meet operational targets.
- Oversee the accurate recording and management of warehouse paperwork.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes.
- Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in a chilled warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate warehouse staff effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in paperwork management and record-keeping.
