Job Title Architectural Design Manager
Location: Dublin South
Salary: 40-60K
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Design Manager to work with our client a residential property Developer based in South Dublin.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist in Ireland
- Full understanding of Irish Building Regulations
- Proven project success taking projects from design to construction on site
- Residential project experience is essential
- Project Management experience is essential for this role
- Good design skills and technical understanding
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge and experience working with the current building and planning legislation
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
