Architect/Architectural Technologist
Location: Dublin
Salary: 45-55k pa
At BSS Building Staff Solutions we are actively searching for an Architect or Architectural Technologist for our client, a Dublin-based practice specializing in architecture, interior design, conservation and urban design across a wide variety of project types, scales and complexities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years post qualification experience
- Full understanding and recent experience working with current industry regulations and building regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
- Good technical knowledge of building processes and construction details.
- Good knowledge & understanding of the – BC(A)R Building Control (Amendment) Regulations
- Must be currently in Ireland, eligible to work and able to take up a full-time position in the coming weeks.
