We are looking for an Scaffolders for upcoming roles in multiple areas in Cork.

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Advanced Scaffolders to lead scaffolding operations on construction sites. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in erecting and dismantling complex scaffold structures and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the erection and dismantling of scaffold structures according to specifications.
  • Ensure all scaffolding is erected safely and securely, adhering to industry standards.
  • Supervise and mentor Basic Scaffolders and other team members as required.
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments of scaffold structures.
  • Liaise with project managers and site supervisors to coordinate scaffold activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of scaffold inventory and materials used.

Requirements:

  • Valid Safe Pass/Advanced CSCS Ticket.
  • Manual Handling certification (training can be provided in-house if required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Advanced Scaffolder.
  • Extensive knowledge of scaffold structures and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
