Details: On 0.66ha of land in Newmarket Industrial Estate in Dublin, Leinster, Ireland, the project comprises the creation of a 29,570m2 mixed-use community with six to thirteen floors. In Q4 2023, the project is expected to be completed. The IDA Ireland Small Business Center property will be transformed into build-to-rent flats as part of the project.
