This 3-Year Capital Programme was discussed recently at the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council meeting and would consist of housing and infrastructure developments including continued development of Dún Laoghaire Baths, a new library for Stillorgan, the Sandyford Urban Framework plan, and more.
