Job Title – Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Structural Steel)
Salary: €50K – €80K DOE
Location Dundalk
Our client is an established Specialist Structural Steel Contractor in Dundalk with a Main Contracting division. They are currently recruiting an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of commercial & Industrial Projects in Ireland and Internationally.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to progress their career with an expanding business offering further career progression.
This role is varied involving both Estimating Projects and post contract work reporting to a Senior QS .
Requirements
- 2+ Years’ minimum experience
- An in depth understanding of the tendering process within construction
- Excellent client communication skills
- Structural Steel experience an advantage
- Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail
- Quantity Surveying qualification
